Insulation Installer


PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for an Insulation Installer to join our high-performing team in Atlanta. If you take pride in precision, and understand building science, this is the place for you.

Position Overview

Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday, plus an on-call rotation


Qualifications:


  • HVAC or duct cleaning experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and airflow principles.
  • Ability to use duct cleaning equipment and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform professional air duct cleaning for residential HVAC systems using specialized equipment.
  • Inspect duct systems and HVAC components for dust buildup, contamination, or airflow issues.
  • Clean supply and return ducts, registers, grilles, and air handlers.
  • Perform blower wheel cleanings and evaporator coil cleanings to improve system performance and air quality.
  • Install and service indoor air quality products, including:
  • UV light systems
  • Air purification systems
  • Advanced filtration solutions
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of duct cleaning and indoor air quality improvements.
  • Identify opportunities where additional IAQ solutions or system cleanings would benefit the customer.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure customer homes are respected and protected during service.
  • Complete service documentation and communicate findings with the team.
