Instrumentation and Controls Engineer. (I&C Engineer - Senior and Lead roles available)

Seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior/Lead Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Lead to take charge of project management responsibilities. The I&C Engineer will have direct collaboration with clients to understand project requirements and oversee the engineering deliverables. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish and be responsible for developing and documenting project scopes. Join us in leading innovative engineering projects and making a lasting impact in the industry.



  • Manage Instrumentation and Controls engineering and design projects from inception through execution

  • Coordinate and oversee project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the project

  • Size and specify instrumentation including pressure and temperature transmitters, flow meters, modulating control valves, regulators, on/off valves, and actuators

  • Create datasheets and work with vendors to get quotes for instrumentation and controls

  • Coordinate with process engineering team to select the appropriate devices

  • Create schematics, termination drawings, or loop sheets for instrument wiring

  • Design custom control panels to meet the project need

  • Develop and track project costs

  • Identify, document, and communicate changes to scope

  • Review and manage all project deliverables


Skills and expertise.

  • B.S. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • 10+ years of related experience in project engineering, including EPC or engineering firm experience

  • Experienced Instrumentation engineer on major EPC capital projects from concept through completion

  • Oversees project execution to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and scope.

  • Experience with FEED and detailed engineering process
