HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Pilates Instructor to join our team at a corporate fitness center in Smithfield, RI (northwest of Providence). This role is perfect for an instructor looking to stay active and connected-teaching one 60-minute class per week in a supportive, professional environment.
Make an impact, build relationships, and inspire participants-all with a consistent, manageable schedule.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in our Pilates classes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current Pilates instructor certification from AFAA/NASM, NETA, FitTour, Balanced Body, Power Pilates, National Pilates Certification, Stott, Club Pilates, PilatesFit, PSC, Kane School (Kinected) or HealthFitness approved agency.
  • Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $50 - $75/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
