This role will work closely with the gym's leadership team and serve as a key point of support for instructors during shifts.
Company Overview:

  • Spot confidently and safely, while coaching other instructors on proper spotting techniques and class management
  • Help lead and support the instructor team by assisting with team meetings, class assignments, and instructor development
  • Monitor class quality and help ensure every class delivers the high-energy experience families expect
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the gym, including scheduling support, communications, and helping the team stay organized
  • Engage with families before and after classes to ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience
  • Step in as a shift leader when needed to help keep classes, staff, and operations running smoothly
  • Help maintain the high standards and culture that make The Little Gym special.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience leading or working with groups of children (gymnastics, dance, cheer, teaching, camps, childcare, or similar environments)
  • Someone who can confidently lead a room full of kids-keeping them engaged, energized, and having fun while maintaining structure and safety
  • A natural ability to connect with both children and parents, creating a welcoming and positive experience for families
  • A mature, dependable leader who can set the tone for a shift and help guide other instructors
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet kids at their level-using imagination, energy, and encouragement to keep classes exciting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear direction to both children and teammates
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and helps maintain a positive team culture

You'd fit in here if
  • You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5's.
  • You live to serve! Helping others be their best, helps you feel your best.
  • Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
  • You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Benefits:
  • $18-$21/hour; 30-32 hours/week (must be available evenings and weekends)
  • Competitive pay & performance bonuses
  • Free uniforms
  • Ongoing training & leadership growth opportunities
  • Fun, high-energy work environment (you'll stay active while working!)
  • A chance to make a real impact in kids' lives every day
