As a Ski Instructor Assistant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences for young and new skiers, assisting instructors both on the slopes and in the chalet. From helping with children's programs and managing the boot room to handling related office tasks, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, all while being at the heart of the action in a fun and dynamic environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist instructors during activities or group sessions to provide Snow sports instruction to guests of all ages.
  • Offer assistance for Children's program, boot room and related office duties. 
  • Ensure safety of all guests and associates while on the ski hill.
  • Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center as assigned. 

What do you bring to the role?

  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift. 
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
  • Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
  • Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.
  • Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet.
  • Capable of working in extreme weather conditions.
