Position Title
Architecture Teaching Assistant/Studio Instructor
Position Summary
Assisting faculty for approved courses as a lab assistant, reader & grader. These positions run from September-December and January-May each academic year.
Pay Range
Qualifications
Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University, and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence as a Teaching Assistant through the integration of Christian Faith.
Teaching Responsibilities
Studio Instructors will lead lower division design classes.
Studio Instructors will specifically lead exercises, desk crits, formal design reviews & critiques, grading, managing Blackboard, and directly reporting to the Lead Professor with tasks as needed, aligned with each course description.
Teaching Assistants will manage Blackboard, grading, rubric development, and student correspondence under the guidance of the Lead Faculty.
