Lead Instructor/Assistant Instructor at The Little Gym of Eagle

Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per class

We offer a fun and nurturing environment for children to develop physical, social, and cognitive skills through gymnastics, dance, and other activities. We strive to build confidence and inspire a love of learning in a fun, positive environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a safe, fun, and engaging experience. You will be responsible for leading classes that can range from parent-child to elementary school kids while ensuring the overall safety and well-being of the children. If you are passionate about serious fun, come join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct children’s gymnastics classes for various age groups (4 months to 12 years).
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during classes and activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and daily lesson
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized gym environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
