POSITION:

We are seeking a CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC certified Pilates Instructor to promote to Lead Instructor at Club Pilates (multiple locations hiring)! The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a passion for Pilates, and for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. 

REQUIREMENTS:

This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.

  • Must currently lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards for the Empowered Pilates Group

  • Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class, while using a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Bosu Ball, Magic Circle, etc.

  • Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level appropriate

  • Uphold our core values to ensure a positive studio culture that is inclusive and encouraging

  • Conduct private sessions, semi-private sessions, workshops, private events, and other additional sessions as needed

  • Inspect the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use

  • Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment

  • Assist with membership sales and checking clients in

  • Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio

  • Build studio revenue by promoting retail, membership sales, events, and services by delivering the “Message of the Week” after every class

  • Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.

  • Other duties as assigned

In addition to the standard responsibilities of a Club Pilates Instructor your responsibilities as a Lead Instructor include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining "Full Time" Instructor status (average of 50 hours per month)
  • Must work at least 1 weekend block per month
  • Have the capacity for 2-5 hours of admin work per week
  • Provide Instructional Coaching and Support 
  • Manage PT Schedule
  • Main Point of Contact for Instructors
  • Manage Sub Requests
  • Provide and Gather Feedback on the Schedule
  • Perform Quarterly Instructor Audits
  • Complete the Weekly/Monthly Equipment Safety Checklist
