What you will do
  • ย Map technical course material (facilitator guides, slide decks and exercise materials) and apply instructional design principles to produce cohesive and effective courses (web-based and instructor-led training) with measurable outcomes on technical audit and accounting topics, using rapid development tools.
  • Manage the development of courses, ensuring timelines are met and resources are appropriately utilized.
  • Develop and maintain training related forms, job aids and materials.
  • Engage with clients and Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure content and delivery align with business goals and learner needs.
  • Test effectiveness of courses on the learning management system and document findings.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Serve as a technical resource for programs that are internally developed and presented.

  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment.
