Partnership Academy is a public charter school located in Richfield. The school provides exceptional learning opportunities for students in preschool to 8th grade who live in Richfield and the neighboring communities of Bloomington and south Minneapolis. Job Description:

Partnership Academy has a strong commitment to culturally and developmentally relevant instruction for all students.   Through a highly collaborative culture, Partnership Academy teachers work in teams to provide differentiated and hands-on instruction.  Partnership Academy supports its educators to constantly improve their instruction in ways that directly impact students’ academic, linguistic, social, and emotional growth.

The classroom teacher will collaborate to provide exceptional instruction to a homeroom class.  Through weekly professional development sessions, formal and informal observations, and frequent feedback, Partnership Academy educators are encouraged and motivated to constantly push themselves to perform at the highest standards. We are looking for a classroom teacher who can collaborate effectively with a strong team. Teachers at PA work collaboratively to ensure systems of student support alongside strong mentorship from instructional coaches and leaders 

Teachers in this position must also ensure they analyze and adapt provided curriculum and teach in a way that supports Minnesota state standards, effectively collect and interpret data to guide instruction, provide individualized instruction based on student needs, partner with families and guardians to support students,  and establish a strong culture of learning. 



Qualifications:

Minnesota Teaching License (Required)

Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse students (Required)

Master's Degree (Preferred)

Two years of Teaching experience (Preferred)

Spanish speaker (Preferred)

Experience in Science of Reading/ Structured Literacy (Preferred)
