Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ATI Behavioral Institute, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering psychotherapy services to individuals, using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing mental health issues.
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while tracking client progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and current clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, contributing to the quality of care and compliance.
  • Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Participating in regular case discussions and peer review sessions, utilizing feedback to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Providing psychoeducation and resource information to clients and their families, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health care.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development, reviewing the latest research and methodologies to continuously improve clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Our inclusive approach focuses on understanding the unique backgrounds and lifestyles of clients, allowing for personalized treatment interventions that promote mental health recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
  • A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy services, ideally within a remote or telehealth setting.
  • Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and solution-focused interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on client needs.
