• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care delivery, utilizing a team-based approach that promotes shared insights into patient progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

You will work with clients facing a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is necessary.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
