Pay & Schedule: 
  • $19.80-$20.90 per hour 
  • Monday-Friday, 9:30pm-6:00am 
  • Must be able to train on day shift for 90-100 days from 6:00am-2:30pm
Location: Mansfield, OH 

About the company: Specialized manufacturing site that produces electromechanical relays and contactors, primarily for aerospace and the defense industry! 
Position: Assembler/Tester 
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

As an Assembler/Tester, you will be responsible for tests, inspects, and troubleshoots electronic products to ensure quality standards are met. Uses test equipment and tools, follows technical instructions, performs minor repairs, and supports team-based problem solving and process improvements 

Responsibilities of an Assembler/Tester: 
  • Test and inspect electronic products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Use testing equipment and hand tools to identify problems, troubleshoot, and repair products.
  • Read technical drawings and work instructions to accurately perform testing and inspections.
  • Verify product quality by checking measurements, appearance, and functionality before shipment.
  • Work as part of a team to solve problems, improve testing processes, and help train coworkers as needed.
Requirements for Assembler/Tester: 
  • Recent 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience 
  • Experience with assembly or testing is plus but not required! 
  • Able to read and follow work instructions 
  • Able to use hand tools
