Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a dedicated Installer Apprentice to join our dynamic team. Position: Installer Apprentice / Helper

Locations: Hiring for multiple locations anywhere in Central and Southern IL serving areas such as Springfield, Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, Decatur, Edwardsville, Collinsville, Granite City and nearby communities.
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a lead installer with bathroom projects according to company standards and client specifications. We are NOT a one day bathroom company. We install luxury components carefully over a period of days as well as full bathroom remodels.

- Maintain and support job flow by assisting with delivery or pickup of materials.
- Be a team player and support the lead installer as requested before, during, and after a job.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
-Some experience working in construction or warehousing, with a track record of punctuality, attention to detail, and problem solving.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.  A truck is preferred but not a requirement.  
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Comfort with short projects and adhering to time schedules.
