Siding Apprentice - $18/hour
Full-Time W2 Urgently Hiring
Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, soffit & fascia. We're growing our in-house crews and looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the siding trade and build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
  • Assist lead installers with siding and exterior installations
  • Learn proper siding installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Follow company quality standards and job site protocols
  • Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors
  • Participate in hands-on training and skill development

Requirements
What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

  • Using hand and power tools safely
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Construction or siding experience
  • Exposure to fiber cement siding (James Hardie, Allura, Nichiha)
  • Interest in growing into an Installer or Lead role
