Location: Glendale, AZ and surrounding area 
Full-Time | Year-Round | Monday to Friday 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re looking for a motivated Installer Assistant/Builder Helper to assist in building custom patios, screen rooms, and louvered roofs for homes and businesses across the Phoenix and Glendale area. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with steady work, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Assist with installing aluminum framing, screens, and louvered systems 
  • Load/unload tools and materials 
  • Set up clean, safe, and efficient job sites 
  • Cut and assemble parts under supervision 
  • Help with simple electrical connections (training provided) 
  • Support warehouse and team communication 
  • Occasionally help with trade show setup 
  • Learn skills on the job from an experienced team  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Able to lift 50 pounds or more and work outdoors  
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools (training provided) 
  • Dependable, coachable, and a team player 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
