Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Assignment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Tentative through December 31)

Pay: $25 -$28 / Hour

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM | 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Installation Coordinator to support the Project Management team throughout the installation process. This role is responsible for coordinating project logistics, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating with customers and vendors, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with installation scheduling and project coordination.
  • Process project documentation, place orders, and maintain accurate project records.
  • Monitor order status, shipping schedules, deliveries, and installation timelines.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to provide project updates.
  • Coordinate labor quotes and assist with scheduling installation resources.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and help resolve order or installation issues.
  • Track backorders, damaged materials, and outstanding punch list items until completion.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide occasional administrative support, including front desk coverage when needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate administration, project coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience within commercial interiors, construction, or design is preferred but not required.
  • College degree preferred.
