Job description

Title: Installation Supervisor
Report: Field Operations Manager
Desired Experience and Skills:
• 4-6+ years related industry experience

Role Summary:

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the management and the timely completion of projects. Duties include leading teams in the installation of all product in accordance with CBI and manufacturers' specifications. They are responsible for efficiently resolving any issues that may arise with projects and/or crew, and for effective communication to all critical project stakeholders. In this role, it is the supervisor's responsibility to project a positive image of CBI through professional appearance and personal interactions with clients/crew members and any other CBI associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with all critical stakeholders, such as subcontractors, general contractors, coworkers, and clients
  • Build positive relationships with other trades involved in projects
  • Provide project oversite to manage and meet deadlines for assigned projects and initiatives
  • Read and interpret drawings to lay out floors and identify essential electrical core positions
  • Provide project oversight with ability to manage project allocated budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and exercise sound judgment to prevent injuries
  • Manage crews of all sizes and experience levels
  • Provide training to installer levels I, II, and III
  • Be available to travel up to 30% and at times out of state
  • Possess experience and knowledge with architectural wall products; a specific background with Falkbuilt products a plus
  • Experience managing an interior construction project with general knowledge of interior construction project progressions
  • Promote Asset protection for both internal and external clients
  • Manage all punch lists and lead internal and external walkthroughs
  • Proficiently use ACC Build on a company iPad to complete daily updates, track project progress, and document issues
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and power point
  • Possess an extensive tool kit and train others on proper tool usage
  • Perform CBI inventory procedures
  • Accurately fill out time sheets
  • Be available and able to handle small project or service-related activities and punch
