What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Manage the Install Team – Oversee installation operations, set performance expectations, and ensure a high-quality standard
  • Optimize Efficiency & Profitability – Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor costs to improve installation workflow
  • Coach & Train Install Technicians – Conduct training programs to develop technical skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety – Enforce company and OSHA safety policies, as well as local and national building codes
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction – Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring top-tier service on every install
  • Monitor & Improve Performance – Track KPIs, conduct quality control checks, and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (Plumbing experience is a plus)
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices, local codes, and safety regulations
Proven ability to manage and train installation teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred
Valid Driver’s License & EPA Certification required
