We are a fast-growing landscape design and installation company committed to delivering exceptional outdoor
spaces and client experiences. We're looking for a reliable, self driven Landscape Foreman to join our team and
lead field operations with professionalism, efficiency, and take pride in their workmanship.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects
- safely Operate heavy equipment
- Drive a company truck from the shop to job sites each day
- Serve as the on-site contact for customers, handling immediate needs or questions professionally
- Coordinate with the landscape supervisor daily to plan and execute all required tasks
- Lead and supervise crews to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality, and safety standards as well
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alabama driver's license
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery
Preferred (but not required)
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
- Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field
- OSHA Safety Training Certification
- Telehandler Certification
