Landscape Installation Crew Member

Position: Landscape Installation Crew Member

Reports To: Crew Leader / Landscape Installation Manager

Position Summary

Endless Summer Landscapes, LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Installation Crew Member to assist with the installation of residential and commercial landscape projects. This position involves working outdoors, performing physical labor, operating landscape tools and equipment, and working as part of a team to complete high-quality landscape installations safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, pine straw, and other landscape materials.
  • Prepare planting beds and job sites by grading, digging, removing debris, and amending soil as needed.
  • Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, edging, hardscape, and other landscape features as directed.
  • Load and unload plants, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment.
  • Follow landscape plans and instructions provided by the Crew Leader or supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
  • Properly care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude when working at customers' properties.
  • Perform other landscape installation and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds or more as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, dig, and lift for extended periods.
  • Dependable transportation to the designated reporting location.
  • Ability to arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn proper landscape installation techniques and equipment operation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
