What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Installation Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to continuously develop their skills. This role is well-suited for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of assigned installation projects from start to completion
  • Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Assist with demolition, material handling, equipment placement, welding, and other installation-related tasks
  • Set up and operate various welding machines and perform multiple welding applications as required
  • Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and symbols to installation tasks
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for all equipment produced by the company
  • Apply basic math skills, including measurement, addition, subtraction, and geometry, to installation work
  • Follow all shop safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, competitors, and coworkers
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve skills, knowledge, and performance across all job functions


Desired Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience in industrial installation, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is strongly preferred
  • Welding experience and familiarity with multiple welding processes is highly desirable
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Basic math proficiency, including measurements and geometry
  • Experience working in food processing or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
