A well established residential home services company serving the Rigby and Idaho Falls area is hiring an HVAC Install Helper / Apprentice. You will ride with a lead installer on residential furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump changeouts, learning the trade hands on while getting paid to do it. No license or prior HVAC experience is required, only a good attitude, a willingness to work, and the reliability to show up every day. The company is stable, busy year round, and backed by a larger group with real training, equipment, and a clear path from helper to lead installer.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the lead installer on residential HVAC installs, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and full system changeouts
• Load, stage, and haul equipment, materials, and tools to and from the jobsite
• Help set new equipment, run and secure duct, line sets, venting, and condensate
• Remove and haul off old equipment and keep the work area protected and clean
• Hand off tools, hold the ladder, and anticipate what the lead needs next
• Learn install sequence, code requirements, and startup procedures on every job
• Leave every home cleaner than you found it and turn in paperwork the same day
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• No HVAC experience required; construction, warehouse, landscaping, moving, or other hands on work is a plus
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, crawlspaces, attics, ladders, and heat and cold
• Reliable transportation and the ability to be on time every single day
• Willing to learn, take direction, and ask questions on the job
• Respectful presence in a customer's home
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
