Our client, a reputable local family-owned business in the HVAC industry, is seeking an HVAC Assistant to join their dedicated team. As an HVAC Assistant, you will support certified technicians on the job site, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the trade. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, dependable, and physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and working with various tools and materials.

Job Title: HVAC Assistant / Helper

Location: Seymour, IN

Pay Range: $18/hr + (depending on experience)

Shift: 8am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Assist technicians with on-site tasks and installations
  • Gather tools and supplies needed for daily work
  • Help with job site cleanup and organization
