Job description

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is actively looking to hire a service-minded full-time Residential Lead Installation Tech to help our clients by removing old HVAC equipment and ductwork, replacing it with new equipment, and testing completed installs for proper setup at their homes in and around Franklin, IN. This position would also provide leadership for the other installers on the crew. This position works Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays and earns $40,000-$120,000 a year, based on experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will be joining a team of installers who work hard, have fun, and support each other. And, you will become part of a stable company that is respected in your community.

RESIDENTIAL LEAD INSTALLATION TECH REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of residential on-call experience
  • Physical ability to lift 60-80 pounds
  • Able to work in crawl spaces and attics
