Job Title: Movers, Drivers, and Furniture Installers

Location: Jessup, Maryland

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available

Position Overview

We are a growing Moving & Storage company seeking experienced Drivers, Helpers, and Furniture Installers to join our team. This role involves residential and commercial moving, as well as furniture installation projects including office setups and modular systems.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering excellent service and working efficiently as part of a team.

Work Schedule
  • Start times can be as early as 5:00 AM
  • Typical start time is 7:00 AM
  • End times are generally around 5:00 PM or until the job is completed
  • Must be flexible with hours based on job requirements
Key Responsibilities

Drivers:

  • Safely operate company trucks and equipment
  • Transport household and commercial goods to and from locations
  • Ensure proper loading/unloading and secure transport of items
  • Maintain vehicle inspections and logs

Helpers / Movers:

  • Assist with packing, loading, and unloading furniture and equipment
  • Handle items with care to prevent damage
  • Work efficiently as part of a moving crew

Furniture Installers:

  • Install and assemble office furniture, including:
    • Office cubicles
    • Desks and workstations
    • Conference room setups
    • Computer equipment and basic tech setups
  • Read and follow installation plans and layouts
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all installations
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in moving, delivery, or furniture installation preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy items (75+ lbs) and perform physical labor daily
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license (for driver positions)
  • Clean driving record (preferred)
