Role Overview
We are seeking hard-working and reliable individuals to join our Sewer Installation Team as Excavation Helpers. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training provided. You'll assist experienced technicians with digging, trenching, and preparing job sites for sewer and water line installations and repairs. If you're looking for a career path in plumbing and excavation, this is a great opportunity to start.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with digging, trenching, and backfilling for sewer and water line projects
  • Help prepare, load, and stage tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
  • Support installation and repair of water and sewer lines, laterals, and cleanouts
  • Assist in locating and addressing leaks or damaged piping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as part of a team
  • Operate basic hand tools and assist with light equipment use under supervision

Requirements
  • Prior excavation experience required
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to lift, dig, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 100+ Pounds
