Why Work for CaptiveAire?
  • Nation's leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems, and now offering a complete solution of fans, heaters, ductwork and HVAC equipment.
  • Leader in the industry for over 40 years with innovative technologies, unmatched service, competitive pricing, and rapid lead times.

  • Plan every install before mobilizing - pre-mobilization site visits, full drawing-set review, and trade coordination through the GC so no other trade compromises our scope.
  • Own on-site decision-making, schedule, and quality: daily check-ins, punch list resolution, and the autonomy (and accountability) to make the call in the field.
  • Enforce CaptiveAire's install standards - SOP per install type, structural-engineer review on changeouts, spreader-bar lifts, minimal deck cutouts, CAS-supplied gasket, and clean, safe, organized jobsites.
  • Run startup, commissioning and reporting on completed installs, especially while the crew is establishing.
  • Provide field-engineering and technical support for customers during install downtime, based in Tampa FL.
  • Coordinate with the Key Accounts Manager, project teams, and customers to keep installs on time, on budget, and on brand.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience building or scaling field teams.
  • National-account or multi-site rollout experience.
