Job description

Dematic is seeking a talented Electrical Supervisor. Be a part of a growing team at Dematic! In this position you will have the opportunity to work on different customer projects and locations. The employee may be based anywhere in the continental USA, however, must be willing to travel 100% to customer locations.We offer:
    • Ensure installation quality on project sites, including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.

    • Complete quality checklists andsubmitcorrective actions when discrepancies areidentified.

    • Maintain on-site safety, including performing safety audits and enforcing standards.

    • Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and accurate installation per Dematic standards.

    • Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and/or customers.

    • Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in the installation of Dematic and other material handling equipment.

    • Write clear, concise, andtimelytrip reports according to Dematic procedures.

    • Identifyand resolve on-site problems, and perform physical tasks as needed (push, pull, crawl, squat, lift at least 50lbs).

Tasks and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 10 years'experience introubleshootingelectricalequipment.

    • Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.

    • Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.

    • OSHA 30certificationrequired.

    • Ability to lift at least 50lbsand perform physical tasks on-site.

    • Proficient with personal computers,spreadsheets, andweekly status reporting.

    • Valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off-shifts, and overtime as needed.
