Position Summary
The HVAC Installation Supervisor is responsible for supporting installation operations by reviewing job packets, confirming scope of work, identifying required materials, and ensuring each installation is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with customer expectations, building codes, and company quality standards.
This role works closely with sales, office staff, technicians, and installers to prevent errors, improve job readiness, and support smooth installation execution.
What You'll Own
  • Review sales packets, job notes, photos, and project details before installation
  • Confirm the full scope of work needed to complete each job properly
  • Communicate with sales team members to clarify job requirements and customer expectations
  • Identify and resolve scope, sizing, equipment, space, or material issues before the job is processed
  • Create clear work order instructions for installation teams
  • Prepare accurate material lists needed to complete each project
  • Support installers with job-related questions and technical direction
  • Address customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Help ensure installations meet building code, manufacturer requirements, and company standards
  • Support a clean, safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HVAC industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC terminology, system operation, application, and installation
  • Ability to review job packets, photos, and work scopes for accuracy
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills with customers, sales, office staff, technicians, and installers
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous HVAC installation leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience reviewing job scopes, materials, and installation packets
  • Residential HVAC installation experience
  • Knowledge of building codes and manufacturer installation standards
  • ServiceTitan experience
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
