About the role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and support the performance, development, and growth of our in-home sales team. This leadership role will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive revenue, strengthen sales execution, and ensure consistent performance across the team. The Sales Manager will focus on coaching, training, and reinforcing proven sales processes while building a motivated, high-performing sales organization.
