New Install Fire Sprinkler Technician/Foreman

We're looking for a New Install Fire Sprinkler Technician/Foreman to guide our installation and service teams. In this role, you'll use your skills and experience to oversee projects and support the team in delivering quality work that meets safety standards.

Job Summary:

  • Ensures customers are serviced to the highest level of satisfaction through quality service and met expectations prior to leaving the jobsite
  • Conducts installation, modifications, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems
  • Installation of new sprinkler systems, with an understanding of plan symbols and construction terminology
  • Identifies code violations and other non-compliant issues and recommends solutions
  • Knowledge in tenant improvement of existing buildings and office space build out to new layout; as well as experience in relocation and adding sprinklers to new office layout
  • Ability to perform ladder work and scissor lifting
  • Interacts professionally with customers, building engineers, property managers, and acts as an efficient team member within the department
  • Uses a company provided service vehicle for work (if applicable) and keeps it well maintained and supplied with all parts, tools, and equipment; keeps the vehicle clean and organized with a complete inventory of tools and supplies
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and effectively at all levels of the TEC organization
  • Helps to identify continuous improvement solutions to promote efficiency
  • Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices and safety measures related to work
  • Performs other duties as assigned
