What You'll Do:

  • Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
  • Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
  • Cooperate with other departments to continually improve processes and information flow
  • For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is properly loaded with all required materials
  • Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
  • Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
  • Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
  • Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
  • Must pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work synergistically with crew partners, as well as independently and accurately
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
