About the Role:
Communications Install Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Field Tech Supervisor to lead our team on the ground in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure top-quality installations across the region. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field technician activities across job sites in the Georgia region
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure all field work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to promote skill development and performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management or project coordinators
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on completed and in-progress installations
  • Manage equipment, tools, and materials inventory for field operations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, low-voltage, or telecom installation and field operations
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a field-based technical role
  • Strong knowledge of communications systems, cabling, and installation best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Georgia region
