Job Duties:

  • Lead, coordinate, and work alongside the underground install crew on sewer and drain line installations and repairs.
  • Ensure all work is performed to code, meets quality standards, and is completed on time.
  • Coach, train, and mentor install helpers to develop their skills and maintain safety protocols.
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
  • Manage materials and equipment to ensure jobs are adequately supplied and tools are in working condition.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with inside residential plumbing projects as needed.
  • Minimize call-backs by delivering exceptional quality workmanship the first time.
  • Follow all applicable state and local plumbing codes and company policies.

Requirements

  • Valid Washington State Plumber License (PL01 or PL02) required.
  • Experience in underground sewer and drain installation; residential service experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing and excavation codes and regulations.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and operate standard underground plumbing equipment.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
