Job description

Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager and enthusiastic entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper. The essential function of our Residential HVAC Install Helper is to assist the Lead installer on the job. Responsibilities:
  • Assist Lead Installer in carrying out full HVAC installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic plumbing and electrical skills.
  • Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by Lead Installer.
  • Learn proper install methods from Install Lead.


Nice to Haves:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid DL
  • Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$20 an hour
