Job description

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced installers to complete residential heating and cooling system installs. You’ll play a key role on each job — not just helping, but actively contributing and building your skillset.

This role is ideal for someone who already has some HVAC experience but isn’t quite at a Lead level yet and wants the opportunity to grow into it.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with residential HVAC system installations including furnaces, AC systems, and coils
  • Support ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system connections
  • Help with system start-up, testing, and job completion
  • Take on more responsibility as your skills grow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Communicate with team members and homeowners respectfully
  • Learn installation best practices, code requirements, and efficiency standards
