Install Helper- $19-$25hr

About the Role

• Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
• Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines
• Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.

What You 'll Bring:

• Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
• Must provide own hand tools
• DOT Health Card
• OSHA 10 – Preferred
• OSHA 30 - Preferred
• Lift up to 75LB
