Responsibilities


• Assist lead technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of sewer lines and related systems
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for sewer installation
• Prepare jobsites by digging, trenching, and setting up necessary materials and safety barriers
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment to ensure an efficient workflow
• Assist with excavation, pipe installation, backfilling, and jobsite restoration
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company and OSHA standards
• Support team members with cleanup and restoration of jobsites upon project completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn sewer installation techniques and industry best practices


Requirements


• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working in trenches and on uneven terrain
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and hardworking
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Experience in plumbing, excavation, construction, or general labor is a plus—but not required
