What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps)
• Complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal work
• Ensure systems are installed correctly and running efficiently
• Work closely with install helpers and project managers
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For

5+ years HVAC installation experience
EPA Universal Certification (required)
NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics/crawlspaces
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
