Advanced Air Systems in Show Low, AZ is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer who wants to be paid based on production — not capped hourly wages.

What You’ll Do as Our Lead HVAC Installer
  • Lead and complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and residential ductwork
  • Supervise, train, and mentor install helpers
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
  • Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and job progress

What We’re Looking For in our next HVAC Install Lead
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
  • 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Proven leadership and crew management ability
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Working Conditions

This role regularly works in indoor and outdoor environments with extreme temperature variations. Physical requirements include climbing, heavy lifting, standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, maneuver heavier equipment, and occasionally work from heights of 15 feet or more. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.
