Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction and home improvement tasks and enjoy working with basic tools. If you have a strong work ethic, a friendly attitude, and the ability to perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance jobs, we’d love to hear from you.

After training you will be able to:
  • Work with lead installer on residential HVAC work: Serve existing customers by assisting lead installers.
  • Gather components, parts, and tools to complete the installation following all quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present. Attend training meetings and continue professional development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Complete repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
  • Customer interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Safety and compliance: Follow all safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 0-2 yrs experience in residential HVAC Installations
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Licenses: Valid DL and EPA License
Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
