The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team part-time (with potential to grow into a full-time role). Whether you're an experienced teacher or newly certified and eager to inspire, this is your chance to grow with a supportive, client-centered studio that values connection and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead safe, engaging, and personalized Pilates sessions – including private, semi-private, and group classes
  • Create meaningful connections with clients, offering tailored modifications and progressions
  • Collaborate with our team to maintain an exceptional studio culture and consistent instruction quality
  • Stay informed and inspired through ongoing education in Pilates, anatomy, and movement trends
  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment

Who You Are

  • Certified in Pilates (Equipment) through a reputable training program
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others thrive
  • A strong communicator with excellent cueing and client relationship skills
  • Skilled at adapting sessions to meet a variety of abilities and experience levels
  • team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience teaching dynamic group reformer classes
