Job description

Position: Inside Sales Rep                                             Reports To: CSR Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

Sell general maintenance packages

Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process

Upsell customers to enhance their product experience.

Provide product information to customers and identify opportunities to sell/upsell

Develop and build profitable, long-term customer relationships

Contact previous customers and answer incoming calls of potential customers

Meet sales targets each month

Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

Hourly $18.00 - $22.00, + Commission

Education and Experience:

Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Previous sales experience preferred but willing to train.

 Work Hours

This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined. Overtime may occur depending on the need of the business.

 

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills including active listening. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail, documentation skills and be able to perform duties with high level of accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel. Excellent phone manner.

Work Environment:

Office like work environment

 Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Supervisory Responsibility

None. All questionable matters are referred to Supervisor.
