Associate Inside Sales Job Summary:

We are looking for self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to join our team by adding to our Inside Sales team. This person will be responsible for developing and growing our channel partners while supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories. As a successful Associate Inside Sales Representative, you should have business acumen, technical aptitude, be able to build rapport, influence business owners, have a competitive mindset, be a good listener, achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.
  • Respond to 20-40 emails per day.
  • Take 5-15 inbound calls per day ranging from quotes, product information, and customer service-related requests.
  • Consistently achieve territory quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Successfully explain and demonstrate features of products and services using video conferencing.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • The on-target pay for this opportunity is $52,000 - $58,240 per year. The base hourly rate is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, with an additional on-target commission of approximately $3,500 -$4,500 annually.
