MACHINE OPERATOR - CRYOGENIC CELL

A family-owned company, Dynomax, Inc. designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles since 1986. We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift Molding team.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting & trimming parts, and insert molding.

Machine Operator Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Remove flash (excess material) from molded parts with hand tools or by running cryogenic cell
  • Run molding machines as needed
  • Fill out the paperwork at each machine and add traceability tickets when collecting finished parts
  • Inspect parts and determine which parts can be shipped and which parts require secondary operations

Machine Operator Job Requirements Include:

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Proficient in counting, adding and subtracting numbers
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to inspect parts under a microscope
  • Ability to stand at the machine for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively & understand directions given in the English language
