Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across both sites - staffing, workflow, throughput, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pharmacy workflow, scheduling, and staffing across locations
  • Drive throughput, turnaround times, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with compliance to uphold USP and board standards
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Coach and develop pharmacy staff
  • Implement process and technology improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy operations or management experience required
  • Strong understanding of compounding pharmacy workflow
  • Proven team leadership and process-improvement track record
  • Experience with pharmacy management/ERP systems
Preferred
