Leasing Professional | Paseo - Austin, TX

LV Collective

Austin, TX

$16.75 - $19.75/hr

Full-time

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

Are you a leasing professional who lives and breathes leasing and marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same? Are you a natural-born leader who's equally excited to sharpen your own skills and lift up the people around you? If so, LV Collective might be exactly where you belong.

The right person for this role is energetic, organized, and genuinely passionate about sales, people, and the art of the lease.

Your north star in this position is driving successful leasing velocity through sharp, forward-thinking leasing and marketing strategies. As Leasing Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the Community Manager on all aspects of the property, including building and leading your on-site team.

Essentially as the perfect candidate for this position...

You believe in the power of listening to your team.

  • You lead with listening, because great leaders know that's where everything starts.
  • You've been called "The Closer," and your conversion ratio says everything.
  • You have a habit of stalking the comps and staying ahead of market trends.
  • You bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and you're never afraid to speak up.
  • You're fun, outgoing, and creative, and you genuinely love being part of a team.
  • Your friends come to you first when they need a good listener and a clear-headed problem solver.
  • You have a proven system for staying organized and efficient even when it's busy.
  • You understand the power of a well-executed social media strategy.
  • GSD (Get Stuff Done) isn't just a phrase; it's your default setting.
Job Responsibilities

Sales & Leasing:

  • Be the energy in the room when prospects walk through the door, virtually or in person
  • Guide future residents through tours that feel like an experience, not a sales pitch
  • Know your pricing tiers and rate fluctuations inside and out so you can close with confidence
  • Live inside the lease agreement and become the go-to resource for your team when questions come up
  • Shepherd applicants and guarantors through the approval process with accuracy and speed
  • Track every lead, application, and lease with obsessive attention to detail
  • Follow up fast and follow up often, because the fortune is in the follow-up
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the market so you always know how you stack up

Marketing

  • Generate your own leads and never wait around for them to come to you
  • Show up for your property's brand in every interaction, online and in person
  • Own your social media presence and make content that actually connects
  • Bring event ideas to life that get people excited about where they live before they even sign

Operations

  • Take pride in a leasing office and tour path that looks and feels impressive every single time
  • Be a teammate first, sharing what you know and helping others level up alongside you
  • Stay sharp with schedules and assignments so the team runs smoothly and nothing gets dropped

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana, Later.com and Google Survey is a bonus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Entrata.
  • Can-do attitude; willing to work outside your job description
  • Skilled multi-tasker and self starter with strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed
