Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges.
• Develop individualized service plans that incorporate achievable goals, intervention strategies, and methods for tracking progress.
• Provide a range of counseling services to individuals and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Engage clients in collaborative planning to connect them with community resources that support their unique needs.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques during emergencies, which may involve risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Work closely with community agencies and local organizations, ensuring seamless service coordination and strong advocacy for our clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of mental health services and the resources available through Evolve Mind Therapy.
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional development and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Clinical Social Worker at Evolve Mind Therapy will work with a diverse array of clients from varied backgrounds, many facing significant life challenges such as mental health issues, poverty, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada, in good standing.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or similar environments.

Compensation and Benefits
