1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:This role leads the strategy, prioritization, and execution of technology-enabled innovation across Finance. This role partners with Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, and enterprise transformation teams to identify practical opportunities to modernize Finance processes, improve data and reporting capabilities, scale AI and automation, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The leader serves as a senior Finance translator between business priorities and technology delivery, ensuring innovation is grounded in Finance needs, aligned to enterprise standards, and adopted in a disciplined, well-controlled manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Define and maintain the Finance technology innovation strategy and roadmap, including AI, automation, data, reporting, forecasting, workflow, and process modernization priorities.
2. Translate Finance pain points and strategic priorities into clear technology, data, and automation opportunities with defined value, risk, scope, sequencing, and adoption plans.
3. Identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, insight generation, control quality, speed, and teammate experience.
4. Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Controls, Model Risk, Legal, Sourcing, and Finance teams to ensure solutions are practical, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
5. Establish governance, intake routines, prioritization criteria, success metrics, and value tracking for Finance innovation initiatives.
6. Provide executive recommendations on investment priorities, vendor options, delivery approaches, risks, dependencies, and operating model implications.
7. Champion responsible adoption of new tools and capabilities across Finance through change leadership, communication, training, and disciplined execution.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Data, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
2. 12+ years of experience in Finance, financial services, finance transformation, technology strategy, data and analytics, AI/automation enablement, consulting, or related roles.
3. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Technology, Data, Risk, Controls, and business teams.
4. Demonstrated ability to shape strategy, build business cases, prioritize complex work, and deliver measurable outcomes through technology-enabled change.
5. Strong understanding of Finance processes, data flows, reporting, forecasting, controls, governance, and technology-enabled operating models.
6. Executive communication, stakeholder influence, structured problem solving, change leadership, and team leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
1. Advanced degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CFA, PMP, Agile/Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma, or data/analytics certification.
2. Experience with ERP modernization, cloud finance platforms, planning and forecasting tools, management reporting, workflow automation, AI, machine learning, or emerging technology adoption.
3. Banking or financial services experience across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Controls, or Audit environments.
4. Experience working with vendor partners, technology delivery teams, product teams, or enterprise innovation functions.
