We are seeking a dynamic leader to elevate and scale Apple's Executive Briefing Center program and Enterprise Innovation Lab globally, with direct responsibility for the Americas team. You will be responsible for the executive experiences of our largest enterprise customers and partners - briefings that inspire and educate, lab engagements that transform industries with the Apple platform. Description
Architect World-Class Experiences
Guide the strategic direction of Apple's Executive Briefing Center program. Influencing the creation of memorable, high profile executive briefings with top executives from every industry. In this role you will manage of team of briefing professionals to align Apple's priorities and industry insights with account-specific objectives while maintaining programmatic consistency across all regions.
Lead the Enterprise Innovation Lab
Shape the Enterprise Innovation Lab strategy - inspiring the adoption and integration of Apple platform technologies into existing and new industry use cases. Through a strategic and consultative approach you will lead a team of strategy, design and technical specialists who sit at the forefront of on-device AI innovation - meeting customers and partners where they are in their innovation journey and driving measurable business outcomes.
Drive Strategic Partnerships
Act as a trusted consultant to sales and product marketing teams. Proactively build a pipeline of high-priority EBC and Innovation Lab engagements, matching the right program tier to where each customer sits in their innovation journey. Use both venues as strategic levers to strengthen executive relationships, accelerate deal velocity, and solve real business challenges.
Curate the Expert Network
Build and manage a cross-functional network of Apple platform leaders and subject matter experts to support strategic lab engagements, ensure the right expertise is matched to each opportunity.
Empower Internal Voices
Build and manage a premier discussion leader program. Coach account teams, technologists, and internal experts on briefing preparation, facilitation, and follow-through to ensure compelling, resonant presentations and demonstrations.
Innovate & Inspire
Continuously explore how Apple platform technologies can amplify both the EBC and Innovation Lab experience. Identify content gaps, steer the creation of new demos and reusable assets, and evolve program formats as Apple's platform capabilities expand.
Elevate Experiences and Places
Collaborate with teams across Apple to ensure the EBC and Lab spaces evolve alongside Apple's products, enabling new experiences and elevating customer and partner engagements.
Measure & Optimize
Monitor program impact through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling. Define success metrics across both programs - briefing outcomes and Innovation Lab engagements (ie. platform adoption of engaged cohorts). Collaborate with stakeholders to surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional programs, client management, or customer engagement initiatives in complex, matrixed environments; 5+ years in a direct people management leadership role.
Proven experience shaping customer or partner engagement through an Executive Briefing Center, Innovation Lab, or similar experiential learning program.
Strong consultative skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead executive discussions and ideation sessions with executive audiences.
Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles, best practices, and how EBC and innovation lab programs can be leveraged together to directly influence sales outcomes.
Technical fluency with Apple platform technologies and how they interplay with the broader Enterprise IT ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to establish success metrics, analyze data, and communicate program ROI through clear, data-driven insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including deep listening, executive presentation, and the ability to influence others to invest in new initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in management consulting or client services specifically within the enterprise technology space.
Direct experience planning and executing high-impact executive roundtables, large-scale industry events, or running a dedicated EBC or Innovation Lab.
Experience building, scaling, or managing a corporate discussion leader/speaker program or cross-functional expert bench.
Proven expertise in developing strategic communications and tailored content specifically designed for senior leadership and C-suite audiences.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, rapid prototyping frameworks, or tiered innovation engagement models (ideation to prototyping to deployment).
Experience managing physical lab or demo environments, including hardware lifecycle, AV systems, and experience design.
Track record of coordinating technical specialists (strategy, engineering and design practitioners) in customer-facing delivery roles.
